It’s Christmassssssssssssss!!!
Yesterday I was so excited and feeling rather organised after wrapping all of my presents (apart from the ones arriving tomorrow!) and getting lots of housework done. Today I am running around like a headless chicken, not getting anywhere and feeling stressed out. Ava won’t nap and just wants to be attached to my legs constantly, I’ve grated my finger and got the resulting blood on just washed white sheets, it’s pouring with rain and I have to go out to about five different places. I just seem to keep remembering things I need to do or buy. My list is getting longer not shorter! And I could not sleep for some reason last night so I’m blooming tired. End of rant.
It’s nearly Christmas Day! Despite having so much still to do I am really excited. Ava gets really excited about getting presents now and I get excited by kids toys; so I can’t wait to see what Santa brings her! She also recognises Santa now, which is cool. We’ll have three super busy days at five different houses; seeing loads of family, and this year Ava will have a couple more kiddies to run around and play with, which is lovely.
