This week has been quite a nice one. I’ve been feeling quite cheery, spent a day in London meeting Paul Hollywood and seeing friends, and got a few bits done. I’m looking forward to the week ahead and doing some fun stuff.
I’ve had a quick flick through this months Littles magazine. It’s such a pretty little thing, and I love seeing bits from other bloggers in there.
I think I’ve pretty much only watched Pretty Little Liars this week. I’m liking it a bit more than I was in season two; it seems a bit less silly and I’m liking some of the characters more.
I have also watched Paul Hollywood making brownies and tear and share bread from his new bakery mixes, which was pretty cool!
Ava made me a Mother’s Day card with Playdoh and some delightful Playdoh decorations which was cute (and smelly).
We also made ‘pizza swirls’ a couple of times. They are kind of like sausage rolls, but with tomato puree, pesto, and cheese inside them – they were very nice! Ava suddenly really wants to join in with cooking and gets really excited about it. It’s very cute.
Dungarees and curly hair. I always feel nice in my dungarees, and lots of people have asked me where they’re from when I’ve been wearing them, so that’s nice. I also curled my hair, which I haven’t done for a while. I really like it with some loose waves in it, but they really don’t stay in well on me. You can’t really see my curly hair or dungarees properly in this photo, so you’ll just have to pretend…
I’ve also gone back to brunette again! I just didn’t like the really blonde hair on me this last time (I should have kept what I had the time before as I really liked that!), it looked awful in some photos, and it was in such a worse condition and was much harder to look after and style. I’m really enjoying being dark again, although it was a bit too dark to start with, but some lighter bits are already coming through, so that’s good.
I heard M.I.A Paper Planes, after reading Morgana’s Little Loves last week. I hadn’t heard it for ages and I love it and listened to it loads when it was around so it was nice to listen to it again. I’ve always liked the TI, Kanye West, Jay-Z, and Lil Wayne remix too.
I’ve got an exciting little giveaway on my blog at the moment if you fancy entering – you can win two Merlin Annual Passes, which is pretty cool!
Hope you have a lovely weekend xxx
How exciting going to see Paul Hollywood. Love the Playdoh Mothers Day card, it looks fab! xx
Ooh Paul Hollywood is delicious isn’t he (might have a slight crush on him). Your hair looks lovely. I remember making pizza swirls at school, so addictive! Have a good week x
that mother’s day card is sooo cute. x
I love dungers! I haven’t worn mine in a few weeks because I’ve eaten too much cake, oh the shame… Seriously, I’ve been a pig. I’m out for drinks with friends for Cheltenham races on Friday, but have vowed to myself that I have to start eating healthily after that. Having said that, my next question is did you get to eat any of My Hollywood’s grub? I always watch cooking programs and wish I could try the food!! You’ve been to some fun looking events recently!! xxx
Aw love that you love Paper Planes too! It’s such a tune isn’t it?
I live in my dungers, they’re so comfy and don’t get why more people don’t wear them!
Get you meeting Mr Paul Hollywood! Sounds like it was a great event.
Hope you’ve had a good week this week xx
