For my thirtieth birthday I got this beautiful Nixon watch. It is a beautiful rose gold with a pale pink face that I love. To me it is classy and sleek-looking but because of the simple design I think it will be to my taste for a long time; I’m so happy with it. It costs £170 from asos, but I ordered it when there was a 25% off code which made it much better. It is the most expensive watch that I have ever owned and I wouldn’t have got it if it wasn’t my thirtieth birthday.
When I was a child I always wore a watch, but as I have got older I seem to go through stages of wearing one for a bit and then forgetting about it. But I am loving wearing one again now I have this. I think it adds something to an outfit and obviously it can be quite useful.
I have liked some of the Michael Kors watches for a while but I could never afford them; but I actually prefer the simplicity and style of the Nixon watch. I had also never heard of the Nixon brand until I came across them on asos, but now I am seeing them everywhere. They do some lovely, slightly cheaper leather-strapped one’s too. I do like this black one:
