It’s the new year, and with that often comes a renewed interest in our health and well-being and looking after ourselves a bit more. Obviously taking care of ourselves is always important, but sometimes life gets too busy and we neglect our health and end up feeling crappy, so the new year is a great time to get back into it.

We’re always on our phones anyway, so using apps to help us with our health and fitness makes a lot of sense and they can be great at keeping us on track and encouraging us.
