Last Wednesday I took a little trip to London to see Paul Hollywood talking about and showing us his new baking mixes. I was there with some bloggers, pr’s and some press, and it was good fun and interesting. Unfortunately, Paul (we’re on first name terms now) didn’t have time for photos afterwards, except with us of course…

I do love Paul Hollywood, he’s got such piercing eyes and he’s my age group too so I’m allowed to crush. I remember spending some time in a tent with him last summer while we relaxed with some rather delightful mille-feuille. (some of this comment may be untrue)
