London, Haircuts, and Playing the Piano #LittleLoves

The last week has been really busy. I haven’t stopped and so I can’t really remember what we’ve even done since the weekend! We had a lovely couple of days in London, staying in Greenwich and exploring. It was Ava’s first time on a train and she was so excited about that and the hotel! She loves staying in hotels (so do I!) and I think she would honestly be happy if we just stayed in all day so she can play about on the beds. She cried when we left, folded her arms and said “I’m not going home and you can’t make me!”. Hello four going on fourteen.

Welcome to this weeks Little Loves!

Read

I’ve been sleeping badly again this week, and have been so tired, so I don’t think I’ve really read anything apart from lots of emails. I really need to catch up on some blog reading.

Watched

Mostly Pretty Little Liars, but I haven’t had loads of time to watch tv this week, I’ve been so busy. I did watch quite a bit of Impractical Jokers the other night which is always brilliant at making me laugh out loud. Sometimes you really just need that, don’t you?

I also watched Ava having loads of fun at the park after nursery the other day.

Ava also finally got her hair cut, and it looks SO much better. She looks so cute. She wanted it the same length as mummy’s 🙂

And when we were in London last week A wanted to play one of the Piano’s at St Pancras. It was very cute.

Made

I made a roast dinner on Sunday, and I think that’s about it. We have made some plans for the next couple of months, which is nice as I didn’t really have anything in particular to look forward to. We’ll hopefully be going away a couple of times and have a couple of things with friends which will be lovely. I’m also looking forward to using our Merlin Annual Pass lots more so will be planning a few day trips.

Wore

Not enough clothes on our second day in London! It had been reasonably mild the day before, and bright and sunny, but on our main day there it was absolutely freezing! And I was not wearing enough layers. It restricted what we did a bit because we were all so cold, but we had a lovely time seeing the sites and going to Shrek’s Adventure! I’m actually going to London again next week for another blogging event with a celeb! It’s crazy, until last year I’d only ever been to London a handful of times, but over the last six months I’ve been loads and I love it!

Heard

Radio One played a few old songs when I was driving back from nursery yesterday, including Lady Gaga’s Poker Face, and then Firestarter by Prodigy. I love hearing random old songs that totally take you back.

And lastly…

I finally saw my mum this week! I hadn’t seen her or my lovely step-dad (don’t tell him I said that mum!) since Christmas Day and I really missed her! She’s actually moved a lot closer to us for a while so I’m going to get to see her a lot more, so I’m very happy.

I hope you all have a wonderful Easter weekend, and get to eat loads of chocolate! xxx
